In my role as a UX consultant, I initiated the process by conducting user interviews and crafting personas for various teams. I utilized card sorting techniques to enhance the information architecture of our products. To validate our propositions, I conducted user tests, engaging customers in the evaluation process.

As part of our evangelization efforts, we established a bi-weekly tradition of UX breakfasts, incorporating interactive games and the latest industry news. Additionally, we orchestrated a comprehensive UX day, featuring Christian Bastien as a guest speaker, along with stands, mini-conferences, talks, and engaging games.
